We had an excellent stay at Hotel Borg. The front desk staff was efficient, accommodating, and very helpful, even dealing with high maintenance guests with a smile. The location was superb, with many bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The room was stylish and luxurious, with high-quality finishes. The breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was beyond amazing. We would definitely recommend Hotel Borg for a memorable stay in Reykjavik. we had a great experience and would love to stay again in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Borg for a week-long vacation with my mother. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was visually stunning. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the staff at the front desk, especially the two ladies, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The receptionist who checked us in went above and beyond by changing our room last minute to ensure our comfort. He even made our beds and shared interesting historical insights and recommendations. Thank you for making our stay memorable, and we will definitely be returning!

Friendly staff and excellent service provided throughout our stay. the hotel employees were helpful, kind, and wonderful. They promptly responded and resolved any issues that we had during our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was well located, and we felt like we were coming home after long treks and excursions. the high standard and beautiful art deco design of the hotel impressed us. the attention to detail and the overall aesthetics were remarkable.

The room amenities were disappointing. the soaps and hair products provided were of poor quality, and there were no cotton balls or hairdryer available.

We moved here from another hotel, and our expectations were exceeded. The spacious and clean rooms provided enhanced comfort, with a comfortable bed and fantastic housekeeping. We particularly enjoyed the bath tub, which had Molton Brown bath salts provided daily. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the toilet, which had windows for ventilation. The front desk staff, especially Sigurjon, offered exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location in a quiet square, close to Bus Stop 3, was very convenient for exploring the city center.

My recent stay at a centrally located hotel was wonderful. The staff were helpful and offered me a better room with a view. The breakfast was plentiful and convenient for my early tour starts. Despite reading reviews about noise issues, my room was quiet and well insulated. I would recommend Keahotels.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the helpful and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and even allowed for a late check out. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, being in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Plus, the breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to the day.

Located across from a historic city square, this hotel is close to everything yet far from the heaviest tourist areas. Attached to a restaurant by a famous chef, it’s also near the harbour in the city centre. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with luxury amenities like heated towel racks and bathrobes, plus a coffee machine. The staff are accommodating and pleasant, making check-in and out an easy process.

The breakfast is expensive and not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel.

I stayed at this venue and it's in the centre of everything, on a vibrant square with shops and restaurants just outside. I loved the restaurant and the breakfast was ample with plenty of choices. The spa was luxurious and the massage I had was the best I've ever had. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and obliging, particularly the gentlemen at the reception desk.

Recommended for families, this venue has everything you need for a wonderful stay without any downsides.
